- Free delivery is available to Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane metropolitan areas.
- For other locations, we offer affordable freight options. A shipping quote will be provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Free Delivery: Handled by our in-house delivery team. Our drivers will contact you 1-2 days prior to confirm the delivery date and time.
- Interstate & Regional Delivery: We use trusted carriers such as Hunter Express, Allied Express, or TNT for timely delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Free Delivery: 3-5 business days after processing.
- Interstate Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing.
- Discounted Freight Areas:
- Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast: 7-10 business days
- Geelong, Mornington, Byron Bay: 7-10 business days
- Peak Season Delays: During high-demand periods, such as holiday seasons and major sales events, deliveries may take longer due to increased order volumes.
5. Custom-Made & Special-Order Items
- Some items on our website are custom-made or special-order products, which require additional production time before shipping.
- The estimated arrival time (ETA) is clearly stated on the product listing page.
- In most cases, delivery within the provided ETA is guaranteed. However, unforeseen delays due to production, shipping logistics, or customs clearance may occasionally occur.
- Customers will be notified if any significant delays arise.
6. Inventory Inaccuracies & Resolutions
- Due to rapid stock movement, especially during peak seasons, occasional system discrepancies may occur, leading to inventory inaccuracies.
- If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
- We encourage customers to contact us first for a resolution, as some may request chargebacks before we have the opportunity to address the issue. Our team is committed to resolving such cases fairly and efficiently.
7. Delivery Terms
- Ground Floor Delivery Only: Orders are delivered to the front door or garage at ground level.
- Stairs or Indoor Delivery: Additional charges apply. Please contact us before placing your order.
- Heavy/Large Items: An able-bodied person is required to assist with unloading.
- Missed Delivery: If no one is home, you may:
- Authorize us to leave the order at the front door or garage.
- Reschedule delivery (additional fees and delays may apply).
8. Installation Services
- Most products require assembly and come with DIY instructions.
- Installation services are available upon request (fees apply).
- Customers must provide a parking space for the installation team. If parking is unavailable, additional charges will apply.

Returns & Exchange
1. Faulty/Damaged Goods Returns
If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item has a manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse).
- The item was inaccurately described.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We aim to provide a smooth online shopping experience. Should you wish to return an item after purchase, we are happy to process a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:
- A return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is returned at the buyer’s expense, in a resalable, undamaged condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging; otherwise, a 5% repacking fee may apply.
If you have difficulty returning the item, we offer a collection service at a 10% fee. For items that are used, broken, or scratched by the customer, a depreciation fee (minimum of 5%) will apply, based on the technician's assessment. Inspection will be completed within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to be credited back to your account will depend on your bank's processing time.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
- Factory seconds or on-display items (unless defective).
- Custom orders that have been specially made or tailored to your specifications.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits.
- Consumable parts (such as cue tips, ping pong balls, etc.), unless they are defective.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after receipt.
- Items that are damaged during improper self-installation (including broken slates, worn screws, etc.).
5. Exchange Policy
- Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags.
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference in price will need to be paid. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.
6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- On-display or factory-second items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts or original packaging cannot be exchanged.

This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear – including surface scratches, dents, fabric fading, or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect – including improper assembly, overloading, impacts, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
- Environmental and weather-related damage – including exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, UV degradation, rust, mold, or mildew.
- Consumable parts and accessories – including but not limited to pool table felt/cloth, batteries, rubber grips, seat cushions, and charging cables, unless faulty at the time of delivery.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs – any tampering, alterations, or use of non-original parts will void the warranty.
- Commercial or rental use – unless explicitly stated, this warranty applies solely to residential use.
- Free bonus accessories – any complimentary items provided with the main product are not covered under this warranty.
3. Extended Warranty Options
For select products, Leaf Living offers Extended Warranty Plans for purchase, providing additional coverage beyond the standard 12 months. These plans are designed to offer extended protection and peace of mind.
Extended Warranty Benefits:
- Additional Coverage Duration: Extend your warranty for an additional period (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 years) beyond the standard 12 months.
- Comprehensive Protection: Coverage may include repairs, replacements, and other services not covered under the standard warranty.
- Convenience: Simplified claims process with direct access to our customer support team.
Terms and Conditions:
- Availability: Extended Warranty Plans are available for purchase at the time of product purchase or within 30 days thereafter.
- Pricing: The cost of the Extended Warranty Plan varies depending on the product and the duration of coverage selected.
- Activation: Coverage under the Extended Warranty Plan begins immediately after the expiration of the standard 12-month warranty period.

If the claim is approved, Leaf Living may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of defective parts – If the defect is limited to a specific component (e.g., table leg, scooter battery), a replacement part will be provided.
- Full product replacement – If the defect is significant and cannot be repaired, a replacement unit may be issued.
- Refund (where applicable) – If a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be offered in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Additional Terms Conditions
- If the original product is discontinued, we may replace it with a comparable product of equal value.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if the claim is not due to a manufacturing defect.
