1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free delivery is available to Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas.
  • For all other areas, we offer affordable freight. A shipping quote will be provided during the checkout process.

3. Shipping Method &Carrier

  • For free delivery, we utilize our own in-house delivery service. Our drivers will contact you 1 to 2 days prior to delivery via phone or SMS to confirm the date and time of arrival.
  • For interstate delivery, we use reputable carriers such as Hunter Express, Allied Express, or TNT to ensure your order is delivered on time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Free delivery: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
  • Interstate delivery: Typically delivered within 7-14 business days after processing.
  • For select areas, we offer discounted freight with the following estimated delivery timelines:
    • SYD,MEL Metro; Central Coast; Mornington: 7-14 days
    • Newcastle; Geelong; Wollongong: 7-21 days
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or shipping delays.

5. Delivery Details

  • Delivery will be to the front door/garage at ground floor level only.
  • Moving goods in or upstairs will incur additional charges, and you must contact us prior to purchase if this service is required.
  • Due to the weight and size of the merchandise, an able-bodied person will be required to help unload the goods upon delivery.
  • If no one is home, you may authorize us to leave the items at the front door or garage, or request a new delivery time. Please note that rescheduling may result in delivery delays.

6. Installation Services

  • Most of our products are shipped in boxes and require assembly. Enjoy the DIY experience! If you require installation services, please contact us directly. Fees will apply for installation services.
  • We require customers to provide a parking space for installation services. If a parking space is not available, additional charges will apply.

7. Add-on Services

  • Moving goods in or upstairs: Charges vary (contact us for a quote).
  • Delivered at a specific time: Charges vary (contact us for a quote).
  • Two-man delivery: Charges vary (contact us for a quote).
  • Installation: Charges vary (contact us for a quote).
