1. Faulty/Damaged Goods Returns
If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item has a manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse).
- The item was inaccurately described.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We aim to provide a smooth online shopping experience. Should you wish to return an item after purchase, we are happy to process a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:
- A return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is returned at the buyer’s expense, in a resalable, undamaged condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging; otherwise, a 5% repacking fee may apply.
If you have difficulty returning the item, we offer a collection service at a 10% fee. For items that are used, broken, or scratched by the customer, a depreciation fee (minimum of 5%) will apply, based on the technician's assessment. Inspection will be completed within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to be credited back to your account will depend on your bank's processing time.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
- Factory seconds or on-display items (unless defective).
- Custom orders that have been specially made or tailored to your specifications.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits.
- Consumable parts (such as cue tips, ping pong balls, etc.), unless they are defective.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after receipt.
- Items that are damaged during improper self-installation (including broken slates, worn screws, etc.).
5. Exchange Policy
- Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags.
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference in price will need to be paid. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.
6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- On-display or factory-second items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts or original packaging cannot be exchanged.
7. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@leafliving.com.au with your order details. They will guide you through the process and arrange for return shipping if applicable (fees may apply).
