Leaf Living – Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to promotional offers made by Leaf Living Australia through our website, email, advertising, social media or other promotional materials.

1. Promotion Period

Each promotion is valid only during the advertised promotional period, unless otherwise stated.

Offers are subject to availability and may end when promotional stock is exhausted.

2. Offers Cannot Be Combined

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers, discount codes and other discounts cannot be combined or applied cumulatively to the same product or order.

Where an item is already subject to a promotional or clearance price, an additional promotional discount will not apply unless specifically stated.

If more than one promotion could otherwise apply to an item, only one eligible promotion may be used.

3. Clearance & Already Discounted Items

Clearance items, final clearance items, special promotional prices and other already discounted products may be excluded from further promotional discounts.

The price displayed for a clearance or already discounted item may therefore represent the applicable promotional price for that item.

Additional storewide discount codes or promotional offers do not apply to such items unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Promotional Codes

Where a promotional code is required, the code must be entered and successfully applied at checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional codes:

• must be used within the applicable promotional period;
• may be subject to product, category, minimum-spend or other stated eligibility requirements;
• cannot be exchanged for cash or credit; and
• cannot be combined with another promotional code unless expressly permitted.

A promotional discount cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively to a completed order where the applicable code was not used at checkout.

5. Exclusions

Certain products, categories, services or charges may be excluded from a promotion.

Depending on the particular promotion, exclusions may include clearance products, already discounted products, selected brands or products, delivery charges, installation services, customised products, extended warranties, spare parts, gift cards and other services. Any promotion-specific exclusions displayed with the relevant offer form part of these terms.

6. Stock Availability

All promotions are subject to product availability.

Some promotional products may be available in limited quantities or only from selected warehouse locations.

Where stock is unavailable, Leaf Living may offer an alternative product, later delivery timeframe or other available option. Any rights a customer has under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

7. Pricing

Promotional prices apply only during the applicable promotional period and may differ from prices offered before or after the promotion.

A later price reduction, clearance price or different promotional offer does not retrospectively change the price of an order already completed, except where required by law.

8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Participation in a promotion does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a return is accepted under Leaf Living's applicable change-of-mind policy, any refund or store credit will be calculated by reference to the amount actually paid for the relevant product, subject to the applicable policy terms.

Nothing in these Promotion Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Errors

If a promotional price, discount or description is displayed incorrectly because of a genuine technical, administrative or publishing error, Leaf Living may take reasonable steps to correct the error.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights available to a customer under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Promotion-Specific Terms

Individual promotions may contain additional conditions, including specific dates, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, discount limits or exclusions.

Where promotion-specific terms are provided, those terms apply together with these general Promotion Terms & Conditions.
